ABOUT FILMOJY
Founded on more than 50 years of lending and investment experience in the film and television world, Filmojy has proudly supported many well known projects and companies through the years.
Now, we are a freshly established private limited company, head quartered in the UK, with offices in Germany, USA, Canada, UK and Mauritius, offering our services to a wider audience for the first time.
We currently typically are approached to cover: feature films, TV drama, documentaries, library acquisition and income streams, computer games, R&D, VAT, studio (infrastructure finance), as well as new and emerging media (virtual, ar, vr, 360 etc). Our packaging business and film/tv investments are made on the basis of an average $3m project, with loan terms formulated on a case-by-case basis, technically with an unlimited capacity annually. Upper limits for lending are defined by project collateral and DD.
$2-$5m upwards. Minimum loan $1m. For smaller engagements - bridge, pay or play deposits, equity — we may entertain or refer to partner companies in our family network.
Under certain circumstances we can also package against tax credits only, leaving other collateral for investors. Key tax credit jurisdictions for us are: UK, Ireland, most US states (Louisiana, Georgia, New Mexico, Mississippi, New York, Kentucky, Kansas etc), Hungary, Spain, Germany, Malta, Cyprus, Mauritius and Canada. This will expand and contract from time to time based on local due diligence and changing geographic profiles.
On carefully selected, exceptionally packaged projects - we can entertain lending against the entire picture at a cost of approximately 10% (equity, gap, mezz, senior).Infrastructure FINANCE
